Hours of Operation

We operate from Monday to Sunday, providing you with ample time to shop and make enquiries about our products. Our specific hours of operation will be communicated to you through our official platforms.

In-Store Payment Methods

To ensure a seamless transaction, we accept a range of payment methods including MasterCard, Visa, Cash, Manual Card Entry, Afterpay & Internet payments.

Delivery and Set-Up

Coastal Habitat Furniture Pty Ltd offers a seamless delivery and set-up service. For a minimal fee, we are willing to place your items with care, exactly where you want them in your home. Under the condition that Coastal Habitat Furniture Pty Ltd are not liable for any damages made to your property and /or the goods being delivered.

Delivery Charges

Delivery fees are charged per delivery address, not by how many items are ordered. The delivery fee depends on the location where your goods are being delivered, starting at $30 for the local area. Our delivery personnel are happy to help move other furnishings while they are at your house, and allow up to 30 minutes per visit. If Coastal Habitat Furniture Pty Ltd are required to spend longer than 30 minutes to help you with your goods, a small fee will be charged.

Delivery Times

Our normal delivery day is on Friday, please speak to us if this will not work for you. We will try our hardest to work around your schedule.
Delays may occur due to unpredicted events, however, we strive to ensure your items are delivered as promptly as possible.

Goods Damaged in Transit

If any items arrived damaged from our delivery service, or if items picked up in boxes are unpacked damaged please inform our staff within 24 hours of receiving the items. This will help us to promptly resolve the issue, it is up to Coastal Habitat Furniture Pty Ltd to make the decision of repair, replacement or refund for damaged goods.

On-Site Assembly

If onsite assembly is required, this will be charged at $50 per 30 minutes. We aim to provide a quick and efficient service, ensuring your furniture is assembled correctly and placed in your desired location.

Storage Fees

In the event that you are unable to take possession of your furniture when it arrives, we offer a complimentary 3-month storage service. After this specified period, a storage fee will be applied.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all merchandise can fit in the room of choice and can be delivered through entry points. Furthermore, it’s important to secure any pets or children that may interfere with the delivery team.

Cancellation & Return Policy – Special Order

In the event that you need to cancel or change your order, this must be done within 7 days of the date your order was made. Please note that all sales/orders require a 20% deposit, which is non-refundable. Once Coastal Habitat Furniture Pty Ltd has received your order, the remaining 80% is required to be paid before the delivery date.

Change of Mind – Items in Stock

A refund will not be provided if you have simply made the wrong choice or changed your mind. Please choose carefully before making your purchase to avoid disappointment. We do understand that circumstances can change, in certain cases we will offer a store credit if the item has been returned un-damaged within 48 hours.

Product Warranty

Coastal Habitat Furniture Pty Ltd honours the suppliers’ warranties. If you would like to make a warranty claim or have any queries, please contact us. We will assist you in processing warranty claims with the manufacturer.


We offer a layby service for in-stock items. Items purchased through layby will be stored free of charge for the first 3 months. We require monthly regular payments on items under layby.
